The original rubber tires are hard from aging and have cracking but remain in very good displayable condition. The battery operated headlight feature works and the toy comes with its headlight bulb and a new battery. There are no cracks, breaks, repairs, missing parts, or repainting on this toy. This is a beautiful example of a much sought after toy
